Digital-First Applications
Kenya has moved most immigration services online. Passport and visa applications are initiated via the eCitizen portal, while travel authorisations are processed at etakenya.go.ke. Physical forms below are for in-person submission at embassies.

How to Complete Your Application

Create an eCitizen Account
Register at ecitizen.go.ke with your email and Kenya ID number.

Select Your Service
Navigate to "Department of Immigration Services" and choose the appropriate application type.

Fill in the Application Form
Complete all required fields accurately. Have your Kenya ID, birth certificate and other documents ready.

Pay the Fee Online
Use M-Pesa, bank card or bank transfer to pay the required fee through eCitizen.

Print Your Application
Print the completed application form and payment receipt to bring to the embassy.

Visit the Embassy
Book an appointment and attend in person with all original documents and copies.
