- Current passport (original)
- Marriage certificate / divorce decree / deed poll / gazette notice
- Kenya national ID card
- Birth certificate
- eCitizen application with new name details
- Two passport photographs
- Payment receipt (KSH 12,500)
A name change requires a new passport application (not just an amendment). The fee is the same as a new passport: KSH 12,500.
