Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA)
The eTA is an electronic system that pre-screens travellers before arrival in Kenya. It replaced all previous visa categories for short-term visits.

East Africa Tourist Visa
The East Africa Tourist Visa allows travel to Kenya, Uganda, and Rwanda on a single visa. It costs USD 100, is valid for 90 days, and can be applied for through any of the three countries' immigration services.
- Valid for travel between Kenya, Uganda, and Rwanda
- Must be used within 90 days of issue
- Multiple entries between the three countries permitted
Work & Residence Permits
For longer stays or employment in Kenya, a work permit or residence permit is required. Applications are made through the Department of Immigration Services:
