You should be reasonably fit for the trek to Point Lenana (4,985m). The main challenge is altitude, not technical difficulty. Acclimatise properly and take it slow. The Sirimon route is the easiest. Technical climbing experience is only needed for the twin peaks of Batian and Nelion.
